There are some things that are tough to get out of your head. Emotion related thoughts are, perhaps, the toughest, and love has to be the number one obsession with our thought lives.

Love and the exhilarating feeling that accompanies it stir our hearts to untraveled emotional heights. We enjoy these strong surges and want them to continue. The only problem is these thoughts begin to dominate our thought lives to the point that we cannot concentrate on daily tasks.

On the bright side, if we can channel those emotion inspired thoughts, they will help us put up with the more mundane aspects of life.
