50th Anniversary Poems
50th anniversary poems commemorate the golden anniversary. 
I remember when my folks had their fiftieth anniversary. We kids huddled and made extensive plans to surprise them at one of my sister’s house. We were very careful to avoid “spilling the beans” and tipping my folks off in any way regarding the preparations. We had a great time working together to make this a real surprise. The night came, we met at my sister’s house, in walked my folks, and…surprise! Or so we thought. 
When we asked my mom if she was surprised, she hesitated and admitted they weren’t. When pressed further, she confessed the reason why.
